When I needed to use a calendar for a customer I cam to the conclusion there was no good simple event calendar available.
There are some calendars, but they were all not maintained for a long time and not using current web techniques.
So I started my own project for a new eventlist.
For some reason I named it MiniEvents. Probably because most of my modules are called MiniSomething :-)
